Where the BVB Pathway Becomes Real

December 2025 - Sanford, Florida

Recently the School of Excellence National Player ID Event brought together more than 200 of BVB International Academy’s top players from across North America. It was more than a showcase, it was a defining moment in the BVBIA journey, where ambition met opportunity and the global pathway became real.

Players were evaluated by BVBIA coaching staff working side-by-side with coaches from Borussia Dortmund, creating a unified environment rooted in the same standards, principles, and expectations that define one of the world’s most respected youth development systems.

Over several intense days, players were challenged technically, tactically, physically, and mentally. Every session was designed to reflect the BVB Way, high tempo, decision-making under pressure, courage on the ball, and relentless work rate.

At the conclusion of the evaluation process, 18 boys and 18 girls will be selected to represent BVBIA on a once-in-a-lifetime experience: traveling to Dortmund in March 2026 to be fully immersed inside the BVB Youth Academy environment.

The School of Excellence Program sits at the heart of what makes BVBIA different. It is not symbolic. It is not theoretical. It is a living, working extension of our relationship with Borussia Dortmund.

Selections will be announced at the beginning of February, and while only a small group will make the trip to Germany, every player who stepped onto the field this week took part in something bigger: a clear, authentic pathway connected directly to one of the world’s elite youth academies.

That's the BVB Way! 🖤💛
