Dr. DOUGLAS PAYNE | CEO
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Douglas Payne, Chief Executive Officer for BVB IA North America, holds a UEFA B License, USSF D License, and a Master in High Performance Football from MBP School in Barcelona. As professor of medicine at UC Davis and Texas Tech, he spent much of his career in academic medicine before launching a medical platform. Lately, he has shifted to part-time medicine to focus on football. He is also co-owner of the BVBIA El Paso affiliate.

CHIEF FOOTBALL OFFICER
Dru Wright, CFOBVB IA North America, holds a USSF National A License, Goalkeeping License, and USC Director of Coaching diploma. A former Division 1 athlete at Wake Forest and professional player in Brazil, he has over 20 years in U.S. soccer as a player and coach. He previously served as Director of Soccer Development for Liverpool FC International Academy before joining BVBIA in 2019.
JASON Brewer | CCO
CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Jason is a former college soccer player at Midwestern State University with a background in community development and non-profit leadership. He has served as Vice President for Community Development at United Way and Executive Director for the Red Cross in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Passionate about using soccer to unite communities and develop youth, Jason is dedicated to nurturing talent throughout the Americas.
